Step beyond the grape and into apples! Discover cider with a tasting led by certified pommelier Claire Trindle. Explore how varieties, terroir, and fermentation techniques mirror the structure, aromatics, and notes you find in wine. We’ll sample four styles of cider. It will be a fun way to expand your palate!
