January 5: WSET Diploma Unit 3 (Light Wines) Course begins.

February 9: "First Growth" Wine Class begins.

- Offered by and located at the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College
- Society of Wine Educators "Certified Specialist in Wine" option available

March 9: WSET Diploma Unit 2 (Wine Production) Course begins.
- 11 weeks, Mondays
- 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- At the Culinary School of the Art Institute or at the Restaurant School
Mid-March (Date TBD): Deadline to register for the Intermediate Certificate Exam on April 8.
March 25: Review Session for the WSET Intermediate Certificate Exam

April 3: Last date for Diploma students to register to submit Unit 1 coursework assignments due on April 21, 2009.
